Learners and freshly accepted candidates are responsible for seeking guidance from any of the departments’ appointed responsible university officers, especially when in any doubt regarding any information about their academic journey. Academic Advisors are available and always ready to offer support and guidance for all Learners seeking clarification on information. Faculty advisors or undergraduate assistants in each academic department can offer program-specific support. Learners with questions or concerns about course content, tests or assignments within the term should first work directly with the relevant teaching assistant or instructor. If the outcome is less than satisfactory, they should speak with their advisor and if necessary after that, with the chair of the department/school in which the course is offered. If there are questions or concerns around a university rule (such as late course withdrawal, deferral of a final exam, suspensions) or about fees or refunds, Learners should contact the Office of the Registrar.
